Support•Snow Leopard, 64-bit Safari, and preventing graphs from hanging up

  If your'e on a Mac and it's running Snow Leopard then there's a chance your browser might get stuck when loading artist graphs on NBS. Here's how to make sure it doesn't happen or fix it if it's happening already:

  1. quit safari
  2. change safari to open in 32-bit mode (right click on the app in the finder and go to get info)
  3. open safari
  4. reset safari
  5. quit safari
  6. change back to open in 64-bit mode
  7. re-open safari
  

  You should be all set!
